The Branch covers a large area, stretching over 30 miles along the Surrey & Hampshire Borders, encompassing approximately 500 pubs.  The major towns in the areas are Aldershot, Alton, Camberley, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford & Woking.

The Branch runs a beer festival in November every year in Woking and support the Farnham Beerex in April/May, the longest running beer festival held at a single location in the world.

A quarterly Newsletter, News and Ale, is produced with a circulation of 11,500.
